The 2024 Running Festival - 7 Valleys Race is a UTMB-indexed race covering a distance of 100 km with an elevation gain of 4200 m+. The start takes place in the running town of Nakło near Piwniczna-Zdrój, from where participants head south. The route leads through picturesque mountain trails, including steep ascents to Eliaszówka and Radziejowa, the highest point of the course. The 7 Valleys Race is not only a physical challenge but also a mental one, especially in the final phase, where the difficulties increase almost until the very end.

Highlights

  • The 7 Dolin Hundred is the longest hundred in Poland held as part of a running festival.
  • After 65 km, there are numerous ascents and descents, and the last steep climb is at 98 km.
